5. Memberships, Payments & Refund Policy
Certain services and features are accessible through paid AQON Memberships.

All fees are listed clearly before checkout.

Memberships renew automatically based on your chosen subscription period.

Users may cancel their membership within 14 days of purchase unless services have already been activated.

Refunds requested after this period will be handled in accordance with Aqarey Online’s Refund Policy.

6. Agency and Individual User Rules
Aqarey Online supports both individual users and registered real estate agencies.

7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the Aqarey Online Marketplace for:

Using bots, scrapers, or automation to manipulate listings or analytics.

8. Account Suspension or Termination
Aqarey Online may suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.
We may also remove listings or restrict access to ensure compliance, safety, or technical integrity of the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, trademarks, software, and materials on the Aqarey Online Marketplace are the intellectual property of AQAREY ONLINE BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ GAYRİMENKUL PAZARLAMA VE TİCARET LTD or its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Force Majeure

If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where Aqarey Online is legally registered.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
16. Entire Agreement & Severability
